Please note that all reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
A deposit of 50% is required on booking the tour with us.
The remainder of the cost is due 35 days prior to commencement of the tour.
If your reservation is made within 35 days of departure, the entire cost of the tour is payable at time of booking this tour with us.
We accept credit card payment either Visa or Master card or eft payment. If you prefer eft payment let us know so that we can send you our bank details
We charge cancellation fees as follows:
After confirmation: 50% of the tour cost
28 - 7 days prior to departure: 80% of the tour cost
Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the
tour cost
These charges are per person and will we levied by Felleng Tours cc.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour/travel arrangements prior to departure, in which event the entire payment
made will be refunded to you or any member of your party, without any further obligations on the part of Felleng Tours cc.
A 25% Non-Refundable is required to secure the space.
The remainder of the cost is due 60 days prior to commencement of the tour.
If your reservation is made within 30 days of departure, the entire cost of the tour is payable at time of booking this tour with us.

No refunds are available for cancellations after the tour has commenced or in respect of any tours, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilized.
We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking, you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy of your choice. This insurance should cover you against an accident, medical expenses, baggage and loss of deposit through cancellation and /or default of the individual service provider.
Kindly note that our tour prices do not include airport taxes, cost of obtaining visas and passports, telephone calls, laundry, entertainment arrangements, meals/beverages and other items of a personal nature, unless actually specified in the itinerary/tour package/tour program. All tour prices are based on the airfares, tariffs and rates of exchange, which were applicable at the time when those quotations were provided. All tours/travel prices are therefore subject to change, without prior notice, due to unforeseen exchange rate fluctuations, tariff adjustments and/or airfare increases which may become effective up to and including the day of departure.
Tour itineraries/travel arrangements are subject to alteration where necessary according to local conditions on route, without prior notice. Due to various prevailing / unforeseen circumstances, tours are not always able to follow the provisional / suggested routing as set out in the tour brochure / itinerary. Information contained therein should therefore be regarded as a basic guide only.
No refund will be considered for any unused services irrespective of whether they form part of the basic inclusive tour price or whether they are in respect of pre-booked optional arrangements.
You or any member of your party should familiarize yourselves with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas you intend visiting, and you shall be responsible for all exit, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. Each person shall carry a valid passport at all times.

Kruger National Park and Victoria Falls is located in a area where malaria is prevalent and we recommend that you
consult with your Doctor to find out best method to prevent contracting malaria.
Passengers who are not in good health or passengers who are over the age of 75 years are required to provide medical certificates certifying their fitness to travel.
After acceptance of our written confirmation, an amendment fee of R500 per party, per amendment, will be charged.
Passengers are reminded about the importance of reconfirming their onward and / or return flight reservations, on arrival in South Africa.
In accordance with standard industry practice, all of our hotel rates,
airport transfers services and other tour / travel arrangements are contracted for 12 months in advance, on an annual basis.
In most instances the seasonal net tariffs applicable to mass volume wholesalers such as us generally represent savings over the normal public rack rates that would ordinarily be applicable. There may however be times where certain principals, (and hoteliers in particular), advertise / offer special short term discounted rates that are intended to cater for the domestic home market. In such circumstances those special offer domestic market rates may undercut our' confirmed advance booking / prepaid' contracted international market rates. When individual hotels exercise their inherent right to adopt any short term tactical discounting policy, it is generally as a result of an unforeseen downturn in the normal business cycle or as a means to counter other offers made by competitors when depressed domestic market conditions result in localized 'price war' situations among competing hotels. Once a booking is made passengers acknowledge that our rates are contracted for on an annual basis and that once accepted, situations as explained above are entirely out of our control. Accordingly we cannot be held liable for any price discrepancy that may arise between the contracted foreign market tariffs we offer for the advance international booking service we provide, and any possible short term lower rate domestic market tariffs that may be available locally to walk in customers, from time to time.
FellengTours cc herewith give notice that while making every effort to ensure the
comfort and enjoyment of clients traveling under its arrangements, the following conditions apply:
Felleng Tours cc act only as agents on behalf of local and international principal
suppliers of accommodation/transportation and general travel related services.
Consequently Felleng Tours cc shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or any other irregularity
that may be occasioned by any defect in any vehicle, or other form of conveyance,
or by error or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the tour / travel arrangements, conveying the passengers,
or otherwise in connection therewith. Felleng Tours cc do not accept responsibility or liability for the financial default of any service provider which may result in the non-performance of obligations to the passenger, in respect of pre-paid travel arrangements organized through any company or associate, acting in our capacity as an agent on behalf of such principals.
